Pentagon Transit Center

The Pentagon Metro Station is the busiest public transit stop in Northern Virginia. Each day thousands of commuters transfer between Metrobus and Metrorail, or between local bus services and the Metro system, at the Pentagon station. The Pentagon Transit Center, located at the Metro station, includes a full-service Metro sales office offering Metrobus and Metrorail tokens and passes. The center is open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., offers a direct phone line for customers to contact Metro’s Customer Service Office, and also has a lost-and-found retrieval service.

The Transit Center includes a a secure screening facility outside the perimeter of the Pentagon. The facility is also is the location for the Pentagon Tour Office and the building's Pass Office.
