Metro operates three full-service sales offices including the newest in the Pentagon Transit Center, on the upper platform level. Commuters can purchase bus tokens and passes, Metrobus/Metrorail passes, SmartStudent passes, Metrorail passes and fare media, and SmarTrip cards at this sales office, open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. There is also a lost and found retrieval service.
